The hard-anodized pan construction provides superior heat conductivity, requiring less energy to achieve desired cooking temperature. The stay-cool eco-friendly handle is made from riveted stainless steel, using 70 percent recycled stainless steel. Even the packaging is environmentally friendly — packaging is made from 100 percent recycled materials and is printed with soy ink. Oven and broiler safe.
